So the stay has been as per my expectations considering the description and also the available reviews. You receive the check-in instructions in the email the morning of your arrival. All clear. The parking is great, no hassle, right behind the building. All entry codes were operational. There was water waiting for us after the arrival. There are 2 AC's in the unit, one in the living room and in the master bedroom, the small room does not have one, but it's manageable with open doors (we had 40 degrees outside). We came for a concert in the Tipos arena, which was 10 minutes walk, Bolt to city center took 10 minutes and cost EUR 4,50 one way. So it's a great value.
Even tough the place was clean, some deeper maintenance would not be bad, some utilities were broken, the coffee maker did not work, there was a bit of mold in the bathroom, toilet brush holder was broken .... I would say nothing major. Reading lamps would be useful as well, but we survived ;-)

The location and the free secure parking
There was a building site right next to the Tiffany. Noisy and dusty.

It was easy to get into an apartment, communication of codes to get into the parking lot, the building and the room was sent exactly when I requested and was easy to understand. Parking spot was included, that was great, I bought a day pass on public transportation and could use that , instead of driving around and searching for parking. There was plenty of TV channels in all kind of languages. Bed was good. Price was good.
Bed was in kind of a closet without window and there wasn't sharp knife or bottle openers in the kitchen, there was full oven, who would use that, but no microwave to heat stuff quickly. That didn't spoil the experience, was just keeping it from perfection.

The state of the apartment is not the best - the floor is in a bad state, and the walls are dirty.
The coffee machine didn't work.
