This apartment is great for a short trip or a long term trip. There is parking, a full kitchen, sitting room, nice big shower, and in a really convenient location. You can request early check in and check out for a fee. Quiet location. I would definitely rent again.
I would have rated a 10 for stay in facilities if the shower head was not in need of repair, top one is starting to fail and the handheld no longer has a holder so you have to hold to use, which I communicated to the management.

Excellent location with restaurants across the road. Underground parking included. Very comfortable bed. Quiet location even though central. Large walk-in shower. Plenty of kitchen equipment.
We liked it all. Just note that the parking space is tight for a large car.

Great location with parking nearby.
Total mess up with the agent which led to us wasting a lot of time, all because they weren’t ready when they said they’d be ready and did not try to communicate at all.
