+ staff. The staff is very responsive, provided us detail guidane about access to the room and parking, including video. It is very helpful and we got in smoothly.
+good for 2 people not for 4. The 1st floor is very normal, including bed size and bathroom.
- The 2nd floor is not good for people to stay. 1) bed size is small, not enough for 2 people. 2)noisy, especially at night, outside A/C machines on. And since this is open environment, any voice from 1st floor also be heard. 3)bathroom is small
- The apt power off suddenly at night, gave me a shock. We funtunately figured out to make it power on

All the appliances were working perfectly. The showers are very good. The location is good; it seemed farther from the Mosque-Cathedral than it actually is. The parking is easy to access. The beds are very comfortable. I highly recommend staying here.

Spacious accommodation for one, with a fine view over the park, extremely well equipped kitchen, certainly an older property but quite comfortable.
Not the quietest location though I slept well enough. Exercise caution when using the stairs. They look fine but are very easy to slip on, as I did twice. Use the handrail.

Good location.
Great communication with the hosts.
For 2 couples sharing, it was great to have the second bedroom upstairs with its own shower room.
A second set of keys was delivered to us upon request within a couple of hours.
Private parking space right behind the building.
We noted the issues below to our hosts on check out, who said they would be addressed immediately.
Great roof terrace with full sun canopy.
The second couple has to pay for parking elsewhere as there's only 1 carpark space available for this 4 berth apartment.
The downstairs bathroom had a bad odour of drains at times, and the shower drain was blocked, meaning on the last morning the tray overflowed onto the bathroom floor.
The upstairs Aircon unit kept turning itself off. It was also making a banging sound at times, waking up our friends who were using that room.
