good location for us for visiting family.
Large tv, Netflix and wifi, washing machine and dishwasher. Plenty of kitchen equipment and utensils. Quiet location and easy access to motorway. Bathroom ideal. Leroy phoned to check on us when water supply was down in the area, luckily it hadn’t affected the house but was good of him to phone and check.
Not as nice as looks in the photos, needs a good lick of paint and a scrub. Floors felt grubby and our feet/socks were very dirty from walking around in there. Some of the cushions and blankets could do with a wash too as stains and marks on them.

Comfy but could have been cleaner
The overall feel of the place was good with comfy furnishings
Thick dust under the sofas....oven didn't heat up so had to use grill.....bathroom blind fell off completely when I tried to close it...so had to sort that...and garden needs a good clean and furniture ruined by the weather ...could do with a good peppercorns instead of surface clean both inside and out

Little gem
It was very homely with all the facilities needed, Clean bedding and towels were included. Dishwasher /washer dryer were a bonus. I was with my elderly mum who is 86 and uses a walking stick, so perhaps a grab rail in the bathroom would have been useful. Had a minor issue with heating and water but managed to sort it. The garden is a little unkempt, but we managed to sit on the terrace one afternoon, which was lovely all things considered. We would love to stay again. And hope to do so in the future. Leroy was prepared to travel to sort the water/heating hiccup, but being an independent lady, I won't be stuck. Thankyou Leroy, you have a little gem in number 22 x
Doors a little warped, front door has a gap when locked. Could do with a fresh lick of paint, and the pressure in the boiler needs addressing after being empty. As mentioned the garden could do with a spruce up to bring it back to its glory. Side storage very untidy.

PLEASE DO NOT CHOOSE THIS PLACE AS A HOLIDAY SPOT.
DO NOT IGNORE THIS The check out timing was 10:00am we only 15min late to check out the property the landlord arrived at 10:10 while we were loading our luggage. The landlord went inside without asking our permission and disturbed my gust privacy and started arguing with my gust who came from abroad for visiting us. And shouting to say just go/disappear you are late the check out timing at 10:00am. the landlord was very rude and she was misbehaving. There is always a 10 to 15 minutes margin when you leave but there is no reason to misbehave and asking people to just disappear and get out of the house. I was with a child and it has left a very bad impact on him. We had a pleasant experience but this was so humiliating. Because of unprofessional behaviour from the landlord I will recommend PLEASE DO NOT CHOOSE THIS PLACE AS A HOLIDAY SPOT.

Photos so inviting, needs tweaked
The photos are what sold me. Modern looking rooms, nicely decorated. The massive TV , sofa. Nice comfortable double bed. Wifi good signal
The house although beautiful looking it wasn't clean to my standard. I'm not overly fussy. I don't like to complain. Kitchen like photos but crumbs here and there Inside fridge door. The patio doors not the easiest to open and close. Few scuff marks on walls in main bedroom ,lick of paint could fix , obviously not being looked after by clientele. The front garden needs attention , shrubs looked wilted and ruins the inviting feel. Windows needing washed inside. Sorry, just being honest.
