Very nice place to relaxe and be

Veeery nice place! A lot of nature around. Great breakfast!

The swimming pool should have longer opening hours. It would also be nice if there would be at least one different dish for breakfast every day. In our room were some wine glasses. But they were at a very bad place, where the curtain was, so pretty obviously one of the glasses fall down, by using the curtain and broke. We thought, they wouldn't charge for it, but they did! (20 reais).

Exceptional

A lot of activities to do, the staff it’s very nice. The view it’s fantastic. I really recommended the Glamming for at least one night. The standard room are very comfort.

The internet connection it’s not very good when the hotel it’s in full capacity.

Superb

A beautiful spot with incredible views of the state. The chalets were also lovely. All very peaceful. The restaurant had some amazing food. The catering team are to be commended. Our server, Ricardo was especially attentive, friendly and provided an incredible service. The room we stayed in was a little basic but it was nice and cool in the evening and came with a hammock!

Little things lower the rating from a perfect ten. There was considerable construction work underway when we visited, which was quite disruptive. Our room had problems with some of the windows not closing properly and the bathroom door didn't close either, so we had to leave it open all night. One or two of the nature trails were a little disappointing but the others made up for it.

The room was nice and staff in the reception and chalets were great and very helpful.

At the restaurant, Sitio Bistro, we ordered a caipirinha with strawberries but it came with lime. We then ordered the pasta with legumes and asked for it specifically without cheese 3 times. After taking a few bites of the pasta, we realised there was cheese in it. The waitress acknowledged there was cheese but expected us eat it anyway. The first waitor didn't write down any of our order and got everything wrong. He said he would bring us a half portion even though we only took a bite of our pasta. When we asked for a full portion he looked at us, didn't answer and continued texting on his phone. The menu didn't say anything about cheese in the pasta dish either but they put it anyway.
