Very closed to Cancun Terminal 3 and free shuttle transportation from airport to hotel and back. Hotel is clean and staff is lovely.

I liked a lot the help from the front desk to locate me and my daughter in a good floor and room, pool was close to us so it was easy for me and my daughter to go to the pool. The breakfast was good and many options to choose. The shuttle staff are amazing and very helpful.
Pillows were not so comfortable, in my opinion, to high and not so soft, sleepers were missing in the room.

Clean, good shuttle service.
I had a fractured ankle and was in a wheelchair. The staff just parked me in the lobby and did not make any attempt to keep me informed about when my transport to the airport was coming to get me.
At one point I was worried that I might miss my flight.
