The location is perfect, we were there to see the Roses play. Comfortable room and great facilities. We had a great steak in the restaurant too.

Proximity to the Rugby Stadium. Excellent meal at The View restaurant, with great views!
Unfortunately these modern hotels don’t tend to have heated towel rails/radiators, so when you arrive after a 3 hour motorcycle ride, in the rain, soaked to the skin, it is impossible to dry anything out. Staff did give us loads of towels, but disappointing there was no access to a drying room.

Excellent location for Sandy Park, particularly if attending the rugby. The room itself was comfortable and generally clean, and staff did respond when we raised issues.
For £250 a night, the overall experience was disappointing.
Our early check-in request had apparently not been noted despite previous confirmation, there was no drinking water provided and no milk with the tea facilities, and there was black mould in the shower grouting. Breakfast was particularly poor: the supposedly hot food was barely warm, the coffee was watery, and the toaster is badly positioned in the main walkway.
We also had numerous delays and mistakes with our evening meal; to their credit, the hotel ultimately removed the charge, although we would much rather have paid for and enjoyed a good meal.
