Best to mention is the super attentive staff. Very kind and absolutely guest oriented: be it front desk, room service or restaurant. Also to understand and handle specific requests by guests (e.g. one night there was extremely loud live music opposite street and staff provided solution)
I can confirm some of the observations other guests made: dampness and also cleanliness (corridor carpet) can be improved.

The room size was big and I also liked the L-shaped couch facility. There were lot of food options in the breakfast and also also in the dinner.
The cleaning staff used to ring bell several times and also tried to enter inside the room when i was not able to open the door within one minute.
Also, I requested for airport pick-up from SUV as there were 2 foreigners travelling with me with luggage but instead sedan was sent to pick-up. Although they didn't charge for the taxi pickup for their mistake.

Overall, was glad I stayed here.
In my previous work trip to Baroda I stayed somewhere different and unfortunately, that place was sold out so this was a 2nd choice and still would remain 2nd choice moving forward.
The staff were excellent for my time there and that made the biggest difference. In terms of the room size, cleanliness - it was exactly as expected so was pleased with that and also quietly relieved that it was that way.
