Laranjeira is everything his owner João wants it to be: a gorgeous place where you can enjoy a relaxing evening after a day at the beach or visiting Obidos. The house is spotless (it smells great, like wood and flowers), very tastefully put together and you can truly feel the love and work that was put into it. Joäo was extremely welcoming and gave us a ton of helpful tips and recommendations. The location is perfect, giving quick access to the local attractions (special mention to the Dom Carlos I park in nearby Caldas da Rainha).
Nothing, really. I would just say a toaster would be a nice addition for breakfast, given that the stove and oven are not accessible.

Por poner algo, estaria bien disponer de mosquiteras en las ventanas.

We were received with a warm welcome. Premises were excellent and location was perfect for where we needed to be. João was a perfect host!
The only thing we found was that the bed was a little hard but that’s a personal preference.

Wonderful host, he gave us many tips of things to do in the area and was always fast to respond with any questions. The rooms and common areas were super clean and very comfortable and cozy. We had everything we needed. We also loved the design and the hand-made details! You could see that it has all been prepared with love. The complementary water and delicious home made cookies were also very welcoming. I can highly recommend and would stay here again.
