Top para disfrutar de la playa y del paseo!

La ubicación es perfecta, primera línea de playa y acceso directo, únicamente cruzar el paseo. Tiene Lavapiés privado de la urbanización que va con chip. Piso grande y bien equipado. Terrazas amplias con vistas al mar espectaculares. Únicamente aire en el salón. Las habitaciones no disponen de ventilador de techo, solo uno de pie. Tiene útiles de playa disponibles como sombrilla, juegos de niños, etc. Zona muy céntrica, paseando al faro 20min. Genial para el atardecer.

Para entrar en el apartamento, hay escaleras (5) . Hay un ascensor que va a pie de calle con llave que no la facilitan. Nosotros con carro doble de bebé fue complicado porque para entrar y salir teníamos que entrar al hall por las escaleras un adulto, y bajar el ascensor desde dentro. La lavadora está mal colocada y cubre parte del pasillo por lo que tampoco se puede acceder a la zona de cocina con un carro de bebé. Las llaves de acceso a la piscina no las tuvimos hasta el segundo día, y posteriormente no abrían las puertas, nos tenían que abrir el socorrista 😂. El ventilador del salón de techo imposible hacerlo funcionar…

La ubicación es perfecta, primera línea de playa y acceso directo, únicamente cruzar el paseo. Tiene Lavapiés privado de la urbanización que va con chip. Piso grande y bien equipado. Para entrar en el apartamento, hay escaleras (5) . Hay un ascensor que va a pie de calle con llave que no la facilitan. Nosotros con carro doble de bebé fue complicado porque para entrar y salir teníamos que entrar al hall por las escaleras un adulto, y bajar el ascensor desde dentro. La lavadora está mal colocada y cubre parte del pasillo por lo que tampoco se puede acceder a la zona de cocina con un carro de bebé. Las llaves de acceso a la piscina no las tuvimos hasta el segundo día, y posteriormente no abrían las puertas, nos tenían que abrir el socorrista 😂. El ventilador del salón de techo imposible hacerlo funcionar…
