The staff was great. Muhammad and Ahmet were very helpful.
Good for the value for how much it cost and it being in the centre.
The bedding was not the best. They did not have a blanket/duvet on the first day we got there and had to sleep without it.
The pillows were massive and there wasn't an option to get a smaller one other than just a hard cousin.
There is noise on the road so that is something to consider.

The hotel was in an excellent location, with everything conveniently within walking distance. The surrounding area was also flat, with no steep hills, which made getting around very easy.
During our 14-day stay, there were about two days when the staff cleaned our room exceptionally well, and it was spotless. However, the cleaning service was inconsistent on the other days. At times, the staff would forget to provide fresh towels or would leave only one towel even though there were two guests staying in the room. Additionally, when we first arrived, our room did not have a blanket.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful especially Ahmad who helped us book the taxis to the airport and supported us throughout our stay

Space was great, it was clean, location for access to Taksim etc. amazing.
The cigarette smoke from people sitting outside wafted up to the bedroom, the music at night loud and long - this was not mentioned in the information about the place.
