Beautiful building room was in - the beamed barn ceiling was awesome! Lovely view over school playing fields. Good food evening and breakfast! Fabulous roll top bath! Lovely old hotel!
Only a couple minutes walk between buildings but if it had been bad weather….!

Breakfast and evening meal good but the staff were a little distracted at times. I didn’t expect that the accommodation was a couple of minutes up the road . I should have said that we needed a lower floor as a result of knee problem .
The room was v. good but it was very difficult to turn down the heating as it was roasting in the room.

Good location. Breakfast was very good and we also had dinner there one night and that was good. The staff were very courteous and helpful.
We were in an annex about 5 minutes walk from the main hotel and our room was grubby, with cobwebs and dust on the walls. One of the pillows was dirty with long hairs on it and had not been changed.
