Worst booking experience ever!!!!

I was very disappointed in every aspect of the booking and check in process. Nothing can be said about this, other than that I feel scammed by the property owner.

Everything went wrong. Firstly I believe the 10 point rating by (1)reviewer should have served as a red flag. I think they just made it up to get people to book the property. The road to the property is horrible, no foreigner can honestly say they enjoy the trip to this property. It can take one as long as 90minutes ride from Kotoka International Airport to the property and the pictures shown on the website are deceptive, do not tell the whole story. After I found out that what was being advertised on the booking site wasn't the reality, I requested to cancel the booking about 5 days before check in, but this property has a very rigid cancellation policy and would not refund my payment which they had already deducted more than a week before check in from my CC. Am not used to this because normally payments are made upon arrival and check in. BEWARE: The property is under construction!!! I have pictures of the neighborhood. If the property manager is honest, he should post this too. I have taken pictures, I will gladly post here but that is strangely not an option. I feel really scammed because I paid about 208dollars for nothing, I had to find an alternative hotel elsewhere. PLEASE dear reader AVOID THIS PROPERTY AT ALL COST. They are more interested in your money and not considering a quality service. DO NOT TRUST THE PICTURES ON THE WEBSITE and DEFINITELY NOT THE 10point REVIEW; IT'S A LIE!!

Closer grocery store but it was nice and felt safe where we were instead of a busy area.
