The main house is very nice as far as I could tell from the main floor. The adjacent house where we actually stayed had a front porch in need of paint and repair. The room itself was Zok

Lovely place, the owner and the staff were very nice. Breakfast was good. At a reasonable distance from the finger lakes and falls.
Honestly everything was great.
The door of the room needs fixing and it needs a little bit of noise isolation from the other rooms.

Shelly was absolutely wonderful at everything she does.
No microwave in room. No spa tub as listed in description of the room, just a stand up shower.
