To be avoided

The apartment was new, and clean

The apartment is at the third and last floor, without lift and under the roof, without air conditioned. The ceiling was following the roof slope. there were so many steps to get over the beam, very risky to move.

Vicinanza al centro , camere ampie con zona tipo cabina armadio aperta in ogni stanza e il bagno con doccia grande

Le scale… bisogna arrivare all’ultimo piano… i rialzi con rischio di inciampo in due camere su 3… e il tetto spiovente…

REALMENTE RECOMENDABLE !!

El sitio superó nuestras expectativas por amplitud, confort y equipamiento. Las habitaciones son enormes, con vestidor, el baño es muy grande y confort una cascada, la cocina está muy bien equipada y te reciben con pastitas, cafe, jugo de frutas y agua. La decoración es muy cuidada y elegante. El anfitrión es muy amable y responde enseguida cualquier tipo de consulta o duda. Realmente es un sitio muy recomendable !!! Si regresamos a Macerata, seguro será a este mismo piso. Gracias por todo !!!

Prachtig appartement

Het appartement is verrassend ruim en mooi ingericht. Er is gelet op de kleine details waardoor je je er al snel thuis voelt. Het appartement ligt centraal en alles binnen loopafstand. Helaas waren wij hier voor 1 nacht , we hadden zeker langer willen blijven.

El sitio superó nuestras expectativas por amplitud, confort y equipamiento. Las habitaciones son enormes, con vestidor, el baño es muy grande y confort una cascada, la cocina está muy bien equipada y te reciben con pastitas, cafe, jugo de frutas y agua. La decoración es muy cuidada y elegante. El anfitrión es muy amable y responde enseguida cualquier tipo de consulta o duda. Realmente es un sitio muy recomendable !!! Soggiorno molto piacevole nell’appartamento vicino allo Sferisterio di Macerata. Il primo elemento che ho apprezzato è stata la disponibilità dell’host: sempre reperibile, gentile e attento a ogni esigenza, dal check-in ai piccoli consigli sulla zona. Un’accoglienza che fa davvero la differenza. Gli spazi interni sono un altro punto di forza: l’appartamento è ampio, ben distribuito e permette di muoversi con comodità, cosa non scontata per un soggiorno in centro storico. Pulizia curata e arredamento funzionale completano il quadro. Posizione strategica per raggiungere a piedi lo Sferisterio e il centro di Macerata. Consigliato per chi cerca comfort, spazio e un host affidabile.
