La signora è gentilissima. I proprietari sono delle brave persone, molto accoglienti e cucinano bene.
Per arrivare lì dal porto ci vuole una barca taxi che costa 10 euro a testa. Mi aspettavo 2 stanze e in realtà c’era una. Tuttavia il problema si è risolto. Ciò che davvero manca sono le prese. Niente in tutta la casa, il ventilatore era direttamente collegato con i pannelli solari e nessuna presa con cui caricare una lanterna o un telefono. Alle due prese vicino alla porta mancava la corrente.La luce ci sarebbe stata fino quando durava la batteria. Però era una follia accenderla per via delle zanzare che ti entravano dappertutto. E a luglio c’è c’è sono tantissime.L’unico posto sicuro rimane il letto sotto la zanzariera. Il “bagno” e all’aperto. Per la “rusticità” del posto il prezzo è alto.
Noi il giorno dopo abbiamo trovato un’altra soluzione ma devo comunque sottolineare che i padroni di casa sono gentilissimi.

Wir haben im Big House und Miskito übernachtet. die Lage und das Haus an sich sind wunderschön. Mitten in der Natur. Vor allem das Big House ist sehr privat gelegen.
Ein Ort, um den Stress und den Alltag komplett zu vergessen. Unmittelbar am Strand. Strand ist sauber und das Wasser klar.
Das Frühstück und Abendessen waren absolut köstlich.
Was man wissen sollte ist, dass der Weg zum Hotel zu Fuß nicht ganz so gut ausgeschildert ist und besonders bei Dunkelheit schwer zu finden ist. (Ca 25 Minuten Fußweg) Man kann sich aber auch ein Taxiboat vom Dorf aus buchen für 10$ pro Person.
Handyempfang hat man mit Claro. Tigo nicht.

We loved being in the middle of the jungle right on the beach! The property was so unique and felt like our "home". We were delighted to have a kitchen fully stocked with utensils and a cute sitting area outside our room. Ramon was super helpful and welcoming, as were his staff.
The property does not have power points or wifi. We were personally okay with this and liked being a bit cut off from the world but this could be something other travellers won't like. Also, there are no shops nearby and the main village is a half hour walk through the jungle so if you are planning on cooking, factor that in!
