Location was in a developing residential area on a hillside served by a complex of smooth dirt roads. It had fantastic views of the mountains across Lake Granby (which appeared to have very low water levels). It was approximately 15mins drive from the western entrance to RMNP.

Everything was fantastic. I just felt guilty every time I walked into the beautiful house because I felt I was bringing dust & dirt in from the dirt/gravel front driveway.
