Amani Villas è un posto veramente splendido e meraviglioso! È immerso completamente nella pace, nel verde, nella natura e nel silenzio. Se cercate un soggiorno e un’esperienza diversa dalle zone molto frequentate e turistiche di Zanzibar, questa oasi di pace fa per voi.
Lo staff e Glory sono stati meravigliosi: tutti davvero gentilissimi, ci hanno supportato per ogni necessità o bisogno. La nostra casetta era semplicemente perfetta: nuova, ampia, vista mare. La piscina è raccolta e perfetta per un bagno al sole. Ogni casetta è dotata di tutto quello che serve, anche di più!
Menzione speciale va ad Adam, lo chef, che ha preparato piatti sempre squisiti e dall’impiattamento sempre molto curato. Asante sana!
Il letto un po’ corto e purtroppo privo di zanzariera attorno. Questa è stata un po’ una mancanza essendoci molte zanzare soprattutto la sera e la mattina. Tuttavia lo staff ci ha aiutato portandoci uno spray apposta anti zanzare.

Le service est exceptionnel ! Ils sont tous supers sympas et Gloria est très attentionnée, à l’écoute et hyper souriante !
La villa est au dessus de ce que l’on pouvait espérer !
Je pense que l’on peut faire quelque chose avec la plage et le chemin pour aller à la plage qui n’est pas beau du tout, et sur la plage : beaucoup de déchets…
Seul bémol des 3 jours parce qu’on a envie d’aller a la plage.
Peut être une demande : mettre des rideaux un peu plus occultants car on est réveillé à 7:00 tous les matins

La villa était spacieuse avec une belle terrasse ombragée et une piscine privée largement assez grande pour s'allonger dans l'eau à deux.
Le restaurant était absolument fabuleux ; beaucoup de choix et de vrais cuisiniers qui préparaient des plats délicieux tout au long de la journée. Des cocktails et jus de fruits frais délicieux aussi. Les prix étaient très raisonnables.
L'emplacement était calme et silencieux, avec juste le bruit de l'océan et des oiseaux. Nous avons fait de belles balades le long des plages désertes autour du resort. Puis, nous avons découvert d'autres plages et des villages africains alentours en scooter, ce qui était génial.
Le personnel du resort était adorable et très serviable.
Le lit était vraiment trop dur.
Il n'était pas possible de se baigner devant le resort en raison du corail fossilisé et du fort retrait de l'océan à la marée basse, donc il fallait marcher un quart d'heure vers d'autres plages ou se déplacer en scooter.
Le personnel n'était pas toujours capable de nous renseigner sur les environs et les activités.

Spacious villas, each has a small private pool, there are only four villas.
The interior of the villas appears somewhat worn and dated: with more consistent upkeep, the spaces could feel much fresher, especially since there were quite a few staff members around, but they often seemed unsupervised and disengaged, spending time chatting or relaxing in guest areas. It might be helpful for management to provide more direction to ensure staff remain attentive and productive and that time and energy are redirected towards useful activities: eg: maintenance, general upkeep and deep cleaning.
The floors don’t get cleaned.
I stayed four nights, and they never changed the towels.
No body lotion provided.
There are no hangers/hanging space in the closet.
The daily set menu is limited and identical for lunch and dinner, which can feel repetitive for guests on full board. Some dishes were enjoyable, while the fish was consistently overcooked.
I’ve stayed at several other hotels in Zanzibar in similar price range where the service and attention to detail felt much higher. Given the price point here, I expected a similar level of care and hospitality, but this property didn’t quite meet those expectations.
At the three other hotels I stayed at previously, power outages were never an issue. However, at this property, the electricity went off frequently throughout my stay. I raised the concern with staff, but it wasn’t resolved. At this price point, I would have expected the hotel to have a reliable backup generator.
Even though I had booked full board, apparently the desserts weren’t included (which was never mentioned to me when they were offered), and I was surprised by a quite high charge at checkout for the two (very average) desserts I had over the course of my 5-day full board stay.
