The staff was AWESOME!! Thanks a bunch and a big shout out to Jordan!!! Thank you also the other young lady from over nights with the red hair (sorry I forgot your name)…they were both way beyond helpful! The bed was comfy!
The stove top wouldn’t get hot enough to boil water & grease for what I was cooking…😢 the water pressure was very weak. It says no smoking but there was definitely a burn mark in the floor, and the bathroom door/wall has an unsightly stain that made me want to clean it…and the lift broke during check out 😳, Jordan helped me out to my car with all my junk! The price wasn’t worth it d/t the negatives stated above, however ONLY bc of the staff l’m not going to request a partial refund…

The staff, upon arrival, were pleasant and helpful. The rooms were updated, and the location was perfect for getting to all the activities we planned.
The couch cushions were full of dog hair, the table was dirty along the edges, and the coffee maker had mold in it, so we didn't use it. The parking wasn't the best, but luckily, we got a good spot and didn't move the car the whole time we were there.

It was clean. Staff was extremely friendly.
There was no dressers for clothes. No TVs in the bedrooms. There is no housekeeping during your stay so you have to keep going to the desk asking for towels, trash bags, toilet paper...ect. The parking is a true nightmare. They have access to 1 city block street. You cant park where there is street residential parking and the side parking next to the hotel is paid parking. For the price paid, these should be simple accommodations. The site does say it doesnt provide parking, but when youre not from DC you dont fully understand how that will impact you.

The room was very spacious and comfortable.
Parking was a serious issue and there was a van vandalized as soon as we arrived.
