整体很好，大部分服务人员都很好，就是帮我办理入住的那位实在差劲儿！
服务人员整体不错，就是类似经理一类的一个人不太行，因为booking的订单延迟了，他们酒店没有找到订单，办理的非常麻烦，一位工作人员很好说话还送一瓶水，就是接下来替他的一位类似管理的人员很不行，一副你怎么在booking下单搞到我们这么麻烦的样子，不是你的工作不就是这个，我还不可以选择自己喜欢的平台下单了？办完也不交代一下房间号几楼，入住Wi-Fi密码，把房卡一给我就很不耐烦的要走，好像接下来的事情我必须知道一样，办理过程接到一位客人电话要些冰要些水，电话答应的很好，但是挂了电话嘴里也是碎碎念很不耐烦，酒店整体不错，但这位看起来像是管理的人员实在不行！充满了不耐烦，很差劲！你的存在不就是解决问题，不然要你在那里干什么？

Good facilities, clean room, amazing breakfast and helpful staff. I had a nice experience here!
The soundproof is not so ideal. I can hear door slam often and the noise from people talking outside. It's quite some distance to the main tourist attractions but not too bad with the subway.

Location is convenient, and the staff is helpful. The room is generally clean, and the bed is comfortable.
There is a stain on the comforter and another on the wall under the decoration picture. The toothbrush needs improvement, as it always causes my gums to bleed and is of lower quality compared to hotels of the same level. The laundry detergent requires an online payment method for purchase, which is not convenient for people who cannot use online payment (Appreciate the staff to provide me one detergent without charges).
