Limpieza, cercanía tanto al centro como a la estación de tren. Después del check out nos permitió dejar las maletas en el apartamento y recogerlas más tarde.
Tendría que tener mosquiteras porque había varios mosquitos.

Die Wohnung liegt zentral, ca. 10 Minuten vom Bahnhof entfernt, ca. 15 Minuten vom Schiefen Turm und 5 Minuten zur Fußgängerzone. Man erreicht alles gut zu Fuß. Die Wohnung ist sauber, gut ausgestattet und modern. Das Schlafzimmer ist sehr groß, die Wohnküche auch bei ausgeklapptem Schlafsofa für die dritte Person noch komfortabel. Das Badezimmer ist modern und die Dusche riesig. Eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert prima, es gibt aber nur eine im Schlafzimmer. Der Gastgeber ist freundlich, die Schlüsselübergabe war problemlos und er hat sofort auf Nachrichten reagiert.
Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt, das Haus könnte eine Sanierung gebrauchen. Im Flur, vor den Ferienwohnungen wurden gut sichtbar Putzutensilien, wie Besen und Eimer, gelagert. Das war ein kleines Manko. In der Wohnküche gab es keine Klimaanlage. Das war für unsere Tochter, die dort übernachtete, etwas unkomfortabel.
