The location was very strategic, with easy access to a variety of food and drink options right in the lobby area. Collecting the access card was straightforward, and the check-out process was also very convenient and hassle-free.
The cleanliness needs to be improved. Upon checking in, I found that the toilet floor was wet, and the drainage appeared to be clogged, causing water to accumulate. In addition, there were items left behind by previous guests in the refrigerator, which I had to clear out myself. This was quite disappointing and did not meet the expected standard of cleanliness.
