The host was very flexible with early check out and responsive, however they replied to me in russian eve though i was texting in english. shower had good pressure and warm water
They only accept cash which is very inconvenient and unfair, room was a bit moldy smell and not looked after in terms of details but clean. bed was not comfortable and very worn out mattress.

Просторные апартаменты в старом городе Тбилиси, тишина, чистота, кухня на 3 комнаты, санузел при каждой комнате, хороший напор воды, все кухонные принадлежности есть, рядом продуктовые магазины. Хозяин встретил нас в аэропорту, заселил раньше 14 часов, при выезде разрешил остаться позже расчётного часа на 5 часов, и довёз нас в аэропорт. Это было очень удобно.
Постельное белье синтетическое.

Очень хороший мини-отель, всего 3 номера. Общая кухня и коридор, санузел у каждого номера свой. Большие номера, есть все необходимое. Чисто и уютно. Расположен недалеко от старого города. Приветливый и отзывчивый хозяин. Нам очень понравилось.

Il proprietario (o comunque la persona con cui ho parlato) ha risposto sempre velocemente ed è stato disponibile. La posizione è super centrale e in una zona molto carina e comoda per i vari spostamenti. Solo tanto trafficata quindi da considerare negli spostamenti.
Il proprietario (o comunque la persona con cui ho parlato) non parla una parola di inglese, e questo è decisamente limitante se lavori nell’accoglienza. Nella mia stanza c’era una finestra che dava sulla strada (la struttura è al -1) quindi si sente qualsiasi possibile rumore, dalle macchine che passano alle persone che parlano. Inoltre non c’è assolutamente nulla che oscuri le finestre quindi ti sveglia la luce. La camera è messa male, la carta da parati strappata e con probabile muffa e il bocchettone della doccia arrugginito. Le lenzuola erano sporche e il letto faceva rumore ogni volta che mi giravo e non sembrava stabile. Pagare 27 euro a notte in Georgia per una struttura messa così male, è davvero davvero esagerato.
