Schöne Wohnung mit einer super netten Vermieterin. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Bar unter der Wohnung hat uns nicht gestört. Die Lage war zentral mit Bäcker und Supermarkt in 3 Minuten per Fuß erreichbar.

Location is great and the apartment has everything you need!
There is a bar below the apartment and the smoke area is just below the windows. If you don’t like the smell, this can be a problem.

Modern, comfortable apartment with all the primary necessities within the center of the city and at walking distance from main attractions. Very clean and cozy.

Fortunately, when we arrived at the villa, we made inquiry with the staff at the lounge; she was helpful by leading us to the apartment upstair. Later, the land lady came to take our official documents to register for our stay. \
The apartment is located at the T junction, and the restaurants and bar are nearby.
The apartment is adequate for a party of four. The two bedrooms are accessible only via a few steep staircase, and might not be convenient for young children and seniors. And the bathroom and toilet are located on the lower level with a small living room.
The overall comfort level is fair; the apartment does not have any ventilation or fans. Given the hot weather, the only way is to open up the windows. However, the street noise is loud and audible even at night.
The wifi is patchy at times, and the connection will periodically disrupted without notice.
