I Inaccuracies in Booking.com presentation:
1) the apartment is not 5 minutes from the ski slopes, but 5 minutes from the golf course ( the ski slopes are in the opposite part of the town)
2) it is said that the apartment is on the 2nd floor, and in the photo one could see a chalet with a ground level, 2 floors and an attic. When we arrived, we found that the ground level is denoted as floor -1, the first level as floor 0, the II-nd level as floor 1, and the rented apartment is in the attic. Wonderful view, but ... 47 semi-spiral stairs from the ground, difficult for old or fragile people, or for tourists with very large, heavy suitcases. I had to open the suitcase on the ground floor and take all the belongings to my apartment in multiple trips.
II. Good things: The apartment is very spacious, wonderful for couples with a teenage boy, as the apartment has two parts, each one with its own door and key. I used the II-nd bedroom as my study without hearing the TV from the sitting room. A perfect kitchen with everything needed, very good WiFi. Situated on a beautiful small street, only with chalets, close to the center ( about 10-12 minutes' walk). Nice furniture.
III. The Coucou agency: A very efficient Guest Coordinator ( Thomas) - we asked him by email for several sets of bedsheets and towels, as we had to stay one month, we found a mountain of sets. Less efficient other employees of Coucou: on the first day I signaled them in emails a few deficiencies: broken jalousies at the kitchen, shutters which could not be 100% closed at the bedroom, and blocked at the sitting room; two employees replied: "well noted", and "well noted" remained, no one came to repair them.
I read on Booking.com comments about a certain Nicolas who helped the guests a lot. During our stay, there was no "Nicolas", and the agency Coucou has no representative in Crans

Die Lage ist ausserordentlich ruhig.
Der Zugang unkompliziert und familiär.
Die Wohnung ist geräumig, im Wohnzimmer wäre ein weiteres Fenster wünschenswert. Die Küche hat herrliche Morgensonne.
Die Möblierung von Esstisch und Balkon ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Als Camper konnten wir die fehlende Küchenausstattung problemlos ergänzen.

Emplacement calme, appartement moderne et bien équipée, parking couvert, belle vue et l’hôte est très sympathique. L’accès à la maison est simple
