Es un pequeño palacete antiguo de techos altos y grandes ventanales estilo haussmaniano, excepcional y único, lleno de antugúedades como los muebles Luis XIV, grandes espejos rococó y pequeños detalles en sus vitrinas. Es muy grande, 130m2, con nu.erosas salas de estar. Tiene un recibidor precioso y amplio, un salón principal para las visitas, otro salón biblioteca, un salón comedor, cocina amplia y dormitorio. La cama es comodísima. Los ventanales altos y con barandilla en hierro forjado. Muy tranquilo y luminoso de día. Se ve parte de la torrw Eiffel. Es bohemio e inspirador, podría ser la casa de un escritor. No está reformado y eso es parte de su encanto, te traslafa a otea época. Es tan inspirador que podría ser la casa de un ezcritor o artista. Es el típico piso parisino haussmaniano de las películas. La ubicación es inmejorable cerca de todo y en frente los jardines de Luxemburgo, i creíbles. La zona es de lo más chic y elegante, uno de los mejores barrios. Los baños mut có.odos. Tuvo la gentileza de dejarnos café y sucarillos.

Por poner un pero, alguna lámpara del salón de invitados podría repararse y me hubiera gustado más luz en el comedor, tal vez una lámpara de pie.

charming, centrally located Parisian apartment that feels like a step back into the 1800s. The furnishings seems to be authentic antiques, and walking through the space offers a unique glimpse into the past
It is a bit rough around the edges and somewhat outdated, but that is exactly why we chose it. and it made for a nice experience during our stay in Paris.
We were able to check in after check in times and were greeted and shown around the apartment
One thing we didn’t like was that the owner (or someone working for them) entered the apartment through one of the other locked doors when we were only about 10 minutes late for check-out. This caught us off guard and made us (but maybe particularly me as a woman) feel quite uncomfortable, especially since we hadn’t been told that there were other ways to access the apartment besides the front door which we had been locking day and night.
We were staying as a couple, but if I had been traveling alone, this would have felt much more unsettling. A bit more transparency about access to the apartment would have made a big difference already to be honest

It’s in a great area, everything at hand for eating drinking and people watching, walking distance to popular sights. It’s fascinating, the apartment and the splendid building give your imagination chance to run riot. You would pay an enormous amount more for this apartment if it were up to scratch. If you like an adventure go for it !
Where to start ! Read all the reviews carefully. It’s both fascinating and grim. You could spend all your holiday examining the 1000s of items in the apartment. My partner wanted to move out as soon as we arrived, it’s shabby, neglected, huge, even a trip to the loo in the night is a mission. It needs a major clear out and deep clean and even a basic renovation of the toilet and shower room would improve things.
No kettle, not enough towels and the pillows desperately need replacing .
