The host was very nice and friendly! He has a lot of care for details and I particularly appreciated all the things put at the service of the guests
We unfortunately stayed during a heat wave so we had to keep the window open , and we could hear some noise of cars passing during the night. I imagine this would not happen in other moments if you can sleep with the window closed. Also, there was an automatic light turning on from time to time on the street, which only bothered my husband due to light sleep.

Close to work, only stayed for a night, easy check in/check out, friendly host, nice breakfast
Hard to find parking or the location, one of the owners was drunk when I checked in as he was mumbling, stumbling and confused about the keys, the sheets felt like they werent cleaned before my arrival, keep in mind that there are steep stairs to the room and its a shared bathroom/toilet
