Nice property.
Fair price
Inside a little kampong. Next to a big mall and gym nearby.
Parking available.
Inside and outside seating available.
Bit noisy between rooms. I could hear tv and people having s*x next door.
Waiting half an hour for two boiled eggs and toast.
They made an other customer food before mine.
I didn't have time to eat it anymore. In the end got money back.
Matcha asked without sugar. Matcha is already mixed with sugar I found out when I took a sip.

Clean room, nice pillow, bed, duvet, comes with bathtub, great location, still in city center but secluded,it is inside guarded housing area
Convenient to grabfood, there is a lot of option
Staff is amazing and very hospitable
Some stain on the duvet and towel, the shower head water pressure is weak but the rain shower is splashing everywhere, and the hot water control is a little bit wonky

The place felt like a home. Very spacious room, aircon, bath and shower and a very comfortable bed. Soaps and hair washing products provided. They even had toothbrushes and toothpaste! And top floor swimming pool.
Staff were exceptionally helpful, friendly and accommodating.
If I have to be picky, I would say the location. But it’s not unusual in many south East Asian cities. It didn’t stop me from enjoying the calm and relaxed atmosphere of the place
