It’s near Ayala mall. And it’s kinda quiet in the 18th floor compared to other lower floor. The owner is quite responsive but I can’t say the same to the cleaning lady.
She literally told me to boil water in the heater so I could have hot shower since the hot shower in the bathroom didn’t work.
And she also made me feel guilty of asking to change the towels. And even implied that I ONLY paid 1,800 per night 😣😅🥲.
The behavior of the cleaning lady is completely unacceptable. And I hope she won’t do that to guests.
The room doesn’t have black out curtain. In the morning it’s very hot and shiny. The heat of the sun goes in the room because there was no curtain. Although there are blinds, however it didn’t block the heat of the sunlight. I couldn’t sleep well because the room wasn’t pitch black. I think it’s best to put a curtain that blocks the noise, the light and the heat.

the location. center of everything. the host! amazing! replies too fast.
the blinds are too bright in the morning but not a big deal. we’re just a late sleeper so we always wake up late.
