Lovely spacious property, excellent location, great garden & hot tub. Well decorated and modern inside.
No washing up bowl, ice cube trays, or oven glove in the kitchen; No hand towels supplied even though we paid extra for bedding & towels; Some furniture (e.g. bedside cabinets) a little tired and wobbly; Hidden costs (for towels & bedding, pets) should be made clear in the property listing.

The property is in a good location on a quiet close and was easy to find. The rooms were comfortable and the kitchen had what we needed for a short stay. We enjoyed the hot tub. The shower was good.
Beware the extra, not obvious, fees. It took a lot of rooting around the advert to find details that aren't obvious in the policies. Bedding was extra as was the hot tub. Dogs were charged individually. Whilst some of these were waived for us, they pushed the price beyond what we wanted to spend.
Having paid extra for the bedding and towels, they weren't all that great!

Lovely place to stay with our three Grandchildren we had a lovely time ,just nice size ,beds very comfy.So nice to have off road parking .Nice area park nearby and the rose and crown for food was lovely.Best beach is the old Hunstanton ,lovely beach cafe .
Nothing ,only four dining chairs ,feel extra chairs would be good ,and maybe a large stool in the lounge has only seating for four people

Good value for money, kitchen clean and general flooring clean.
There was washed laundry left in the machine that wasn’t ours, pillows had some stains on them, you could tell it was quickly painted as there is a need for it to be repainted throughout, only seating for 4 people at a push then four dining chairs to eat round a small table
