Great location, beautiful condo, LOTS of room . . ..

My friend arrived earlier than us and was able to access the booking I shared with her and get the door code - she was there to also accept groceries we ordered in advance. Great location - about .8 miles from Broadway - we walked most of the time - great restaurant around the corner as well.

The kitchen was lacking pots and pans - nothing really to make eggs in - that was our only complaint - there were spices to use, etc. which was great. Very clean. . . just could beef up some of the frying pans to be honest.

Great location, cute decor

The location was a perfect smooth and pretty walk to Broadway and 2nd ave where we spent a good portion of time. Jonathan's also in walking distance was nice to be so close to (must try place). View of river is awesome, train loud at times. Decor is apartment is cute theme. Overall happy

The cleanliness needs improvement, dirty dishes in cupboards we washed before using, hair in the bottom of bath tub and general dirt on floor, spider webs. It was not disgusting but it was not up to par for how clean we would expect it to be. We had two couples it was cozy I wouldn't have wanted more people squished in there.

Management company responds with emails that are automatic responses with really no follow up other than saying a ticket

Nice place but the management needs to provide better service and cleaning needs to be addressed ASAP

Walls are scuffed up, large window was dirty and had lots of fingerprints, outside patio was dirty and had cobweb’s, sink in first restroom is clogged, cleaner need to clean under the refrigerator it had stuff underneath, information need to be sent out with thorough instructions about parking, parking slot, and about what is not provided like coffee pods, shampoo, conditioner, soap. Especially if they are staying a week. Most AIRBNB have large dispensers and provide coffee pods if they have a coffee maker. Unfortunately, the bedrooms were not well thought out with no windows in the rooms and vent in the restroom. Also no space to put clothes in the room, should have shelf’s on one side of the closet. The bedroom space was not well thought out

Overall comfortable except heat/cool.

Size, layout except open bedroom to kitchen. Balcony was nice and secure garage/building. Location good except nearby construction.

Heating/air was impossible to use/control and no instructions. No extra garbage bags and not enough toilet paper. No toaster provided. See above.

Walls are a but thin. We could hear people yelling and a kid upstairs running back and forth.

Very cute apartment, pros and cons to the location

The apartment was beautifully decorated and really fun (fully updated and very cute). They did a great job stocking the kitchen with coffee, dishes, pots & pans, cleaning supplies, etc. It was easy to walk to Broadway/the main tourist areas. Everything was very clean. There was a lovely furnished deck.

There was construction blocking the road on both sides of the building, making it difficult/impossible to access via car. The neighborhood was kind of sketchy (lots of bail bond places a block or so away as it was very near the courthouse) but we felt safe enough to walk around day or night. The elevator was broken so we had to take the stairs (not terrible since it was on the 2nd floor). We would have really appreciated having more than one bathroom. The building is located right next to a freight train bridge, so there are loud trains going by frequently during the day and night. For normal to heavy sleepers it's fine (my kids didn't wake up), but for light sleepers it can be disruptive.

We wanted to watch a UT football game on a local CBS channel but that was not available.

Beautiful views, clean, great for girls trip!

The condo was great! Plenty of space. The river view and large windows we a plus!

It was right by the railroad tracks. Upon our arrival we watched a man be teased by police. But it was very safe in the complex. We chose to Uber everywhere since there is nothing within a mile or more from here.

Enjoyable visit to Nashville

very clean, comfortable, nice beds. Nice appliances. Pleasingly decorated. liked the deck with view of River.

Had trouble getting into parking garage. when hot sun shined on device it wouldn’t work- had to call manager to come let us in. exiting the car every time to enter was garage was inconvenient and a little scary at night. The neighborhood was a little sketchy. didn’t feel safe enough to walk at night. If the area continues to be revitalized that will help. No privacy on the deck and could see into lower condos from our deck.

Superb

Very clean, everything was there that we needed, super comfortable beds, and a nice balcony with a view of the river. We loved the furniture and decor.

Upon initial booking, the apartment was described as having a queen bed, two twin beds, and a pull out couch. We didn't realize the two twins were a trundle bed, and I wish that would have been specified in the description.

Apartment was comfortable

No alternative to making coffee other than Kcups. No kettle, no hangers anywhere, no hooks, not enough toilet paper (2 rolls only)
