Muy bien ubicado a unos 10 minutos andando del centro. Una zona muy tranquila
Una pena el patio compartido con el otro apartamento, sobre todo si cuando tu vecino/a no entiende eso de "no fumar" y lo hace junto a la ventana de tu habitación. Yo quitaría el cenicero de esa mesa y dejaría bien claro que NO se puede fumar

La posibilidad de estar en familia compartiendo el entorno pero no la habitación sin dejar de estar juntos, bueno para familias.

Como era pequeño se calentaba rápido
No es adecuado para 4 adultos,es demasiado pequeño,faltan detalles: menaje muy usado, para cambiar, cafetera italiana, no tv cable(pone que si)falta limpieza, no lavavajillas, aseo pequeño para 4...
