Worst place to stay.

Worst experience to obtain the key. The lift lobby signage towards the mailbox was not properly setup and had to browse the video that the host sent multiple times to understand where the mailbox was. The car park was confusing to the maximum, can't tell where the entrance or ramps or exits were! The host didn't even know where the EV charger when it is added to the list of attributes of the property. What a joke. Kitchen was dirty, aircond controller was missing, towels were dirty, bed linen was questionable.

Nasty experience

Nothing in the property was appropriate from direction to collect the key and the cleanliness of the property

Direction to collect the key to the property I was directed to a dead locked door grab driver assisted me to follow the direction given We we’re directed to a dark stairway and using ours phone lights we were directed to a dead door I was lucky I met another property owner who assisted me to collect the key to the property The property was disgusting it has a stagnant water smell in both shower areas which spreads to the whole property The mattress was disgusting cheap nasty mattress that can shake you for next 10 seconds when you lie in it The blanket/ quilt was tiny not even able to cover the bed and it’s a fluffy cheap blanket that will gives me rashes due to the quality of material The bed is very low too Overall a nasty experience it’s a super cheap quality facility used in property We checked out 2 hours after checked in and cancel the remaining 2 more days with the property
