Beautiful cottage with stunning views to the sea. Beach cottage exits right onto a beach and has a nice view onto the water. Well equipped cottage
It was difficult at times to get a hold of the owner, but the cottage was also booked quite last minute so it's understandable.

Location,right near the beach, close to the ferry port,not far from White Sand Beach entertainment area and best beach.Quiet location.Premium accommodation.
Good air conditioning throughout (quiet and effective).
3 Bedrooms outside main house requiring many keys for bedroom and house access.2 Bedrooms lacked adequate sunlight screening for those liking a lie -in.
No RCD breaker in fuse box.
Electricity an extra ,not included. Charged at 7 baht per unit. Should be clearly stated in specification/facilities info.
Water pump behind one bedroom losing pressure during nighttime causing "hunting"/continuous on-off cycle disturbing sleep forced a move to an upstairs bedroom.
