This was a really unique beautiful property.
The staff was terrible, they forgot to book everything we booked and repeatedly scrambled around to find boat shuttles and drivers at the last minute. The location is challenging, so they need to nail the transfers and tours and the definitely did not.

Service and location. Views are stunning from every corner of the site as it is perched on the top of a hill. My private cool plunge pool was a delight. Of particular note was the personalized service I recieved from Dina at the front desk. Thank you.
Nothing but a caution as it is on a hill there are a lot of steps although there tuktuks to take you to your room if you prefer.

Fantastic location, great pool and restaurant.
Jacuzzi was poorly maintained and needed cleaning. Getting to our room was difficult in a tuk tuk. Facilities at the boat ramp were sub standard.

An amazing property with lovely staff we particularly like Ibrahim in the restaurant and Dina in reception who were very obliging, friendly and helpful, our room on the face of it was beautiful but see note below
Nothing to fault about the hotel - that said we had the pool suite which was excellent but for some of the floor tiles peeling up in the lounge area and the pool being so cold it was like getting in the sea in Britain so consequently didn’t get used which was a disappointment but overall a lovely stay
