Exceptional

I loved the fact that there was no kid danger. There were no fragile objects or decorations, which is great if you're going with kids. I felt my kids were safe in the house and I didn't need to be behind them the entire time. The pool has a shallow and a deep section, which is also great with kids. The staff is amazing! As soon as I booked it, I received a WhatsApp message confirming my stay. I was provided with location, direct contact, and even place & actives suggestions! Our direct contact was very kind and punctual too! The rooms are very spacious too!

The streets are dirt roads to get to the house, but it's a nice, calm, and private street so it levels out

Alberca agua sucia con basura y olor a orines Baño de arriba con fuga de agua, no funcionó aire adicionado , sofá sucio hasta con arena, cojines con mal olor , zona muy fea vecinos con bocinas en la calle! Las fotos engañan!!

Pésima experiencia

No me gusto nada, me cancelaron el mismo día de mi llegada, me quede sin hospedaje para mi y mi familia. Y aun no me hacen el reembolso de mi dinero, les he estado mandando mensajes todos los dias y aun nada. De verdad que no es justo, espero que no pasen una situación como la mía.

I loved the fact that there was no kid danger. There were no fragile objects or decorations, which is great if you're going with kids. The streets are dirt roads to get to the house, but it's a nice, calm, and private street so it levels out
