Places was in city centre so it was close to major attraction. The staff was really nice.

The bedsheet and duvet cover had boblin and it was not pleasant to sleep on. I had to ask the staff to change the bedsheet and the cover. The white towel provide had dark stains on them. Towels were washed and fresh but it looked as it was dirty and black. Pot was broken

Conveniently located close to major tourist attractions. Fairly big apartment with Super clean rooms and functional amenities. (It is exactly as shown in pictures) Terrace garden is a wonderful spot to hang out.

An RO or a watercan in the apartments would be really convenient for long stay.

not much. it’s a little out of the way, although easy enough to get an Autorickshaw or cab around. the kitchen has kettle, tea and coffee and some plates, but could do with being a tiny bit better stocked; for example, a bottle opener, some kitchen towel, a cooking ring. altogether a really nice apartment.

Great place and great staff

I loved this place very much. Located in very a quiet neighborhood but not far from the center of the city. Intended to stay 2 nights but stayed 4. The appartment is very clean a well furnished. It is possible to order the meal and have it delivered to your room ( used this option once and it was a good experience). All the people are very friendly and helpful. Especially want to mention Punya and the owner of the place Sameer who helped me with all my requests. Would definitely recommend to my friends.

The convenient location, the extremely service-minded, friendly staff, the modern decor, the spacious, functional, clean apartment, the cool, breezy roof terrace, the comfortable, large bed. Basically I loved everything about Xcel hotel/apartment.

What a lovely place to stay in Mysore! The hotel is new, neat and clean. The rooms are tastefully decorated. You can really relax here. Most importantly though, the owner and his staff are extremely friendly and do their job very well. They really know what service is. The owner, Sameer, really makes you feel at home. Awesome!

Felt a bit congested inside the room as windows couldn't be opened fully due to an ongoing construction.

1. A covered parking would have been really nice, even though security was there full time still covered parking would have reduced our anxiety.

The hotel was wonderful. It was even better than expected. The price was amazing. There were great restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely stay there again.

Highly recommended for families. Entire apartment was hygienic . Receptionist & Service People were very helpful and kind. Location is reachable, just 2km from the centre of the city. Terrace setup was amazing, and open for 24hours, good to sit together as a family and spend time together.
