Quiet, private, well-furnished and fully meets the expectations.
Lack of the restaurant at the territory. May be a simple “breakfast included” upgrade would make it 10/10 rate.
The beachfront is below the expectation, we used to drive to Cuvi Beach for better snorkelling experience (last photo).

The toilet is way too small unfortunately. Something seems to be falling apart, so not the quality I expected!

Location was amazing, close to the water, close to
Old town Rovinj. It was clean, nice and friendly staff. Modern modules with pool, my family and I love it

Great location, very quiet, great for relaxation, luxury apartment with high quality equipment, very clean area and apartment, kind and flexible staff. Pet friendly!
No SMART TV - would be must for such a luxury apartment.
