Posizione top, doccia fuori molto comoda. Pulizia impeccabile. Lavatrice presente.
La casa non è adatta a contenere 4 persone, il divano letto è in soggiorno che è anche la cucina. Frigoriferi piccoli e poco funzionanti.

Struttura in posizione strategica sia per trascorrere la serata a San Teodoro che per raggiungere diverse spiagge. Ottima la possibilità di parcheggiare accanto alla casa

Localisation parfaite ! Propreté et la climatisation mais qui ne dessert uniquement son plein potentiel pour la chambre.
L’extérieur est un plus appréciable mais le soir sinon explosition sud, il fait trop chaud.
Premièrement, l’appartement est petit, même pour deux personnes (cuisine notamment). Nous avons divers problemes rencontrés (panne d’eau pendant une nuit, coupure d’électricité à plusieurs reprises). Pour couronner le tout, le dernier jour pendant plus de 2h des travaux se deroulait chez le voisin et avec l’isolation tres legere du logement, c’est comme si nous etions avec l’ouvrier. Tres désagréable…
Pas de rideau occultant. Vittoria etait malgré tout réactif.
