48 was at a fantastic location, only a short walk to the beach and shop, but away from the bar so it was quiet.
The oven in 48 was broken, we still had a grill, .microwave and electric hot plate to cook on. Lucky we took our air fryer as our son has ADHD and only eats certain foods which would need to be cooked in an oven. But a working oven is a basic for the stay and we weren't told about this before check in.

Our third stay at this caravan. Brilliant location. Clean and comfortable. Spacious bedroom with plenty of storage.
Love the addition of the outside table and chairs.
Despite the niggles we did have a lovely stay in the area.
We have noticed a slight deterioration in the caravan. The oven wasn't working. Microwave was available but not suitable for some meals.
The heating wasn't working either with no instructions of how to use it (it did become cold in the evenings). There used to be a fan heater.
We are disappointed to have to write these comments as we have enjoyed our previous visits.
