Good sized van with parking space, decking outside was perfect with a view directly between vans to the sea. Lots of puzzles and toys for the kids, and perfect location for quick access to beach, arcade, shop, fast food options, swimming and activities.
The oven was broken on arrival. The gas ran out very late on 2nd day, and both canisters were empty. First thing next day I messaged owners, then had to chase twice to find out what was happening. No showers or hot water, no ability to cook anything. Finally a canister change at around 4pm but only one was swapped.
Also not the owners fault but if you need to book activities, you can't use the Lyons app or so you have to book in at reception. And when they find out you're private hire they don't seem to want to help much!

Location and the beds were clean and comfortable
Broken oven and greasy splash back

48 was at a fantastic location, only a short walk to the beach and shop, but away from the bar so it was quiet.
The oven in 48 was broken, we still had a grill, .microwave and electric hot plate to cook on. Lucky we took our air fryer as our son has ADHD and only eats certain foods which would need to be cooked in an oven. But a working oven is a basic for the stay and we weren't told about this before check in.

Location amazing
Oven not working, remote not working and couldn't open porch doors which in a heatwave was disappointing
