They are willingly to help you to whatever you needed or any information you needed during your stay
On our last day stay, we're leaving quite early in the morning right after breakfast. While we are on our way to our next destination, the staff inform us that my husband jacket was left in the room.
When we ask if they can ship it to our next destination, they're sending it right away after lunch time.
When we told them that we want to send something for them, they politely refuse and said it's part of their service.
Definitely will come back for sure
During weekend there's a music performance at the restaurant. Unfortunately our room are next to the restaurant so there's not much to do.

Above expectations, this place has a fantastic feel of art, culture and local wisdom. We got a memorable experience from the hotel staff. Many tourist activities can be enjoyed with an experience that will not be forgotten. I will visit here again

The water heater is not hot enough but it's not a problem
