The staff was very friendly and supportive. I forgot my house key in the safe and they contacted me and were very helpful until it was picked up.
The aircon had to be controlled my the maintenance people.

I find the Century City to be a central location for me to conduct business activities while in Cape Town. Exceptional restaurant, compact, stylish, comfortable rooms. Convenient parking

Easy check in.
Secure parking.
Good location
excellent showers.
Apartment clean.
Few issues:- patio door did not lock, wifi did not work well, but main issue was the awful/foul smell coming from drain in utility- sewage smell- not there all the time, but when present, one could not be in the apartment. This unfortunately would put me off returning.
Water cooler rather than aircon- no instructions- unless one knew what a water cooler was, one would not know how to use it .
No written instructions- could be improved.
