We liked the place since the beach is a few steps away.

We have been in Rocky Point on several occasions, we had never stayed at Esmeralda Beach Resort, several people had told us about this place so we decided to try it this time, unfortunately we did not have a pleasant experience, we feel that the price is high for what it offers , there is no service dog policy, there is no smoking area, there is no sunshade at the pool, the shower in our room did not pour water we opted to shower in the jacuzzi, we took the cooler to the pool only with the idea of using the Bluetooth speakers and one of the guards checked our cooler to confirm that it had no drink, once he confirmed it, he stayed next to us watching us, we felt very uncomfortable, so we decided to get out of the pool and go up to the room, our condo did not have a dryer machine, it was a headache to dry the towels, since you cannot have them on the balcony, our condo was reserved for 6 people, but the condo does not have the comforts to sleep 6 people. We decided to have breakfast at Diego's tiki bar, they charged my card with my order and the order from another table, it took them 30 minutes to find my card, they told me that they would return the money from the other table, that refund never happened. The resort does not have a beautiful view as the comments say. There are many more beautiful places, with better views.

All of the amenities. Walking distance to the beautiful beach. The condo was amazing great view.

The receptio office person was so polite and helpful the staff was also very polite they make you feel so welcome. The Resort is beautiful the view from the room from the restaurant bar, pool just beautiful. The only problem I found was the wifi wasn't working other than that everything was so perfect.

Beautiful condos

The condo itself was beautiful and the views were exceptional. The condo has everything to prepare a meal and it was clean, very tastefully decorated as well. The restaurant was opened and the bar made great drinks, the staff was kind and helpful. There was plenty of activities you can book in the binder. It’s a 15 minute drive to town but we loved being secluded.

There’s construction on the building next door. There is no room service and the noise for the construction made it less relaxing. The pool is not heated but the jacuzzi was. There was only 5 towels and we had to wash every day. The shampoo and conditioner were awful but just bring your own.

AWESOME!

The property was beautiful! Since the property is still under construction when I first pulled in it was a bit of a shock, however it is the a pitta me of do not judge a book by its cover. The staff at Diegos is amazing! I traveled with my daughter and five of her friends all 18 years old, and they loved every minute.

It’s so far down at the end of the strip, that there are not a lot of vendors. Some people might appreciate that.

Beautiful Condo

The room itself was beautiful, it did not look like there has been been much use. We were moved to the 8th floor which was a much better view of the sea. The facilities were clean. The property was also clean and appeared to be well maintained. Though we did not eat at the poolside bar/ restaurant it was nice to know that it was there. Also there was room service available. The balconies are huge spanning the full length of the condo. The hot tub in the master bedroom is also a nice touch. The condo we stayed in did have travel toiletries such as soap and shampoo which did smell nice.

Upon our check in which was at 4pm, we were advised that are room was not ready. The staff did work quickly to move us to another room. The beds were clean but the pillows were not very comfortable, also the beds were a little stiff. There was only a single coffee packet, It would have been nice to have 2 or more since we stayed for 2 full days. The hot water stopped working on us and I later discovered that the water heater has a switch that has to be turned on.. This was not turned on previously so unfortunately the showers that we took and the use of the hot tub was with at best lukewarm water. I actually used the provided pots to boil water to add to the hot tub.

over all it was a fantastic hotel with exception of the 2nd bed we had to sleep in

the first room we stayed in was perfect

the second room we had to switch too because the water heater broke, the bed was super uncomfortable

too much money for the stay . when comparable places are half the price in the same resort beach area

the huge restroom and tub ! great kitchen island . and closeness to the elevator and pool and beach . it’s all close

no dryer un my condo and I was told after I checked out that I should of been told that the staff would be able to dry my clothes . too much construction, constant noise . no amenities since it’s still being built .
