I really enjoyed my stay and overall had a very positive experience. The property is comfortable, pleasant, and well maintained.
One important suggestion, however, would be to **install a blackout curtain on the door**. The light comes directly into the room and can shine right into your face, especially in the morning.
More importantly, when the property is fully occupied, the lack of a blackout curtain seriously compromises the **privacy and intimacy of the bedroom**. People are constantly walking by outside, and it can be quite uncomfortable and even embarrassing to feel that they can see into the room.
I think adding a blackout curtain would make a huge difference in terms of both comfort and privacy. It’s a relatively simple improvement, but in my opinion, it is extremely important for guests.

Una perla, con mia moglie e due figli siamo stati d’incanto. Casetta perfetta per una settimana di vacanza all’insegna del relax. Il giardino con piscina era molto curato e ce lo siamo goduti tanto di giorno quanto di sera. C’è da dire che è in condivisione con l’altro appartamento che si affaccia sul giardino, noi siamo stati fortunati perché chi l’ha abitato non si è praticamente sentito. Casa pulita e ordinata, con due condizionatori al bisogno. Vicina alla spiaggia più bella e più servita, volendo raggiungibile anche a piedi con una passeggiata di 10/15 minuti, anche se noi abbiamo sempre cambiato spiaggia. Proprietaria di casa gentilissima e disponibilissima. Mai un problema, super consigliato.
