The location was exactly what we were looking for, surrounded by vineyards and beautiful countryside the property had views to die for. We had the room on the first floor which has stunning views across the vineyards and two balconies to admire the views from. The apartment was very spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. The fridge was extremely well stocked with milk, fruit, juices, eggs, cheese and cured meats. The host Alessandro was extremely responsive to any queries we had, all communication is via WhatsApp which was perfect. There is off-road parking right outside the front door. The bed was very comfortable and the apartment was extremely clean throughout. There is a large Lidl and Carrefour in Casteggio which is just 10 minutes drive away if you like to cook.
I can't really fault anything, the wifi was a little patchy at times, but nothing that affected our stay.

The location is amazing, with stunning views. It’s a quiet area which is very nice. The accommodation was very clean and old Italian style. The communication with the host was very good. They provide very good breakfast and some of their own wine, which was a good experience. We had a very good time and I would definitely recommend the place!
There was not much to complain about. We didn’t manage to use the oven, not sure if it was us or if it’s not working :).
