Room was clean and fairly quiet.

Standard room with a hot shower, was decent for one night before the airport. Balcony was lovely but didn't get to use it as was only there 1 night.
Not much around the area, bed very hard and there were some crumbs in the sheets so didn't feel overly clean. Pool is tiny and shaded.

Hotel very well located. The room was as shown in the pictures and very quiet. The staff was very friendly and always available if needed. A perfect stay for a couple of nights in Cancun, and at a decent price.

The owners things were clean
The pictures of the back yard pool was not the same the rooms the same but above all it was good all good
