Unprofessional service and not trustworthy host.

Location was close to the city center and to the station.

The TV does not function in the middle of the world cup! Only one malfunctioning ventilators in the midst of a heatwave. Made kind requests to address the issues to Jade and the concieregerie but ignored. Left a couple of shirts behind hanging in the wardrobe but been told that there are not found!

It was a very nice stay and we were able to recoup during our three night stay

The location was excellent. The apartment very quiet. Pillows and sheets divine. Lots of room for the two of us.

Instructions on how to collect keys and enter building. Procedure for rubbish disposal was difficult. Lucky we tried the day before as we would have missed our train. Heating was not warm enough in main bedroom.

8 / 10

Lovely apartment conveniently located to the sights, shopping and public transportation of Annecy.

Lovely, nicely decorated apartment a couple of flights up (there is a small elevator). Very quiet during the night. Supermarket and bakeries close by. A few minutes walk to the Annecy train station and bus station. Short walk to the lake , the old city and the shopping district. Great Christmas markets. Overall great shopping and restaurants. Annecy is well worth a visit.

Wifi and TV did not work at all. To be fair this was between Christmas and New Years, so getting it fixed then was probably not realistic. It was good we had mobile roaming plans.
