Great property especially caretaker shaji, looks like in the photos. Parking available. Nice breakfast.
Not related to the property - the Azheekal beach which is the nearest beach is very very dirty and trashed.

location is good for those wanting to get away from the busy vibe of the city. however car is a must! very remote. owner tried to compensate for no cafe on premises but it was cumbersome.
no cafe on site. no English speaking help available. no food near by. Rick hard mattress. owner is off site so getting help when needed is not convenient . car dependent location.
