Staff were very helpful and kind and they were welcoming specially Ahmed Shabrawi and front desk he helped me to add my brother and sister to my room.
Property clean and great room location near to restaurant and swimming pool were clean and lifeguard friendly and always there , a lot of activity for kids

The food and the location and the slides were good.
The check in staff and the website booming weren’t on the same page. We booked number of kids through the booking website and they told us none of them are checked therefore the price increased it.
