Central location in Schruns with easy access to the train/bus station and central square. Nice shared kitchen. Rooms were comfortable. Very clean. Would recommend.
Communication was a bit difficult. We stayed the night before we did a 6 day hut to hut trek and then stayed the night we returned. Our first stay we were able to contact the host and get an early check in, which was very appreciated. Note: there is no person in reception. You check in on a tablet, pay, and program your own room key. We never did get an e-mail or message stating our number to plug in for check in so that was a bit confusing. We needed to leave our remaining luggage while we were on the trek. We were instructed to leave them in the hallway outside of the "reception" door. We just had to trust someone would come and take care of them. When we returned we had a hard time checking in because we never received the check in code, we had to go find a bartender next door to help because there were no more keys to program to finish our check in and he had to find the key to unlock the reception door to get our luggage. We had messaged the host and never even got a response. Thankfully the bartender attempted to me most helpful.
